With reference to your despatch "o .280 of the

23rd October, 1914, I have the honour to report that I have

granted to Chief Detective Inspector Albert Collett, Hongkong

Police Force, a pension, at the rate of 899.60 less 892.04 for

Widows and Orphans Pension,equal to Z807.56 per annum (at

3s .8d. to the dollar £148.18.0d) with effect from the 23rd

May, 1914, and that the Crom Agents for the Colonies have

been instructed to issue payments to him as they become due.
